Plugged into my home station with 11%. Checked my FordPass after a couple of hours and it was still 11%. Say what? Checked the charger and vehicle and it was charging normally. What gives. Restated my IPHONE, deleted and reloaded the app - all the standard troubleshooting. Still stuck at 11%. I use the app quite a bit so I’d love it if it was reliable. Any suggestions before I get stuck on some helpline for hours?
