FORScan tire size update

Sorry if this is already answered but I cannot seem to find a straight answer. I am trying to update my tire size and it was giving me a P1635 code that apparently cannot be cleared.

I was using the English method, if I were to go into the As Built would that fix this? Or is there nothing I can do? I also have a 24my so is there no update to that model yet?

I know that after you update the tire size, the BCM module needs to go through a relearn process. Have you forced the relearn yet?

Yes I forced the relearn but the is only for p1610 and this is a separate issue apparently.
