front bumper paint falling off?

I noticed that the paint on my front bumper on the bottom right was coming off. No accident damage or something splashed on there. It appears the paint is bubbling and just falling off. Anyone lese have this problem? I'm thinking its not adhering to the plastic bumper. the Truck is only a few months old

Kind of looks like some sort of acid or paint remover splashed there.
