Heated Steering Wheel Performance Upgrade

Just happened to be checking my Ford.com account and went to the Recalls area and noticed something new. I'd been wondering if there was going to be any program/option to made the heated steering wheel functional. Here's hoping Ford just takes care of it at no cost.
