How to get pro charger (extended range model)

I purchased a platinum lighting this past weekend and was told the pro charger is on back order. The dealership is poorly educated on the processes and features of the lighting. I was given few different answers on how to get my pro charger. The final answer they gave me is that sunrun will contact me directly to deliver the charger. After the run around I’m not 100% confident on their answer. I tried calling the ford customer support number and that was useless as well. Can someone confirm this is how the pro charger delivery works?

yes sunrun will reach out and they will send to you. In the meantime hopefully you have a 240v outlet and can use the mobile charger cord.

I bought a Lariat spec'ed Lightning off the lot almost a month ago and the dealership did not mention a thing about the pro charger. Out of the blue, FedEx delivered one last week.

I already have a nice ChargePoint home charger installed in my garage, so I don't need the pro charger. I got it listed on eBay now and hopefully it will cover a good portion of a future monthly car payment!
