How to qualify for Private Incentive ?

How does one qualify for the private incentive? Was it only for folks who deferred order in MY22? I just ordered in Wave 3..never had a prior invite. I take it I receive zero incentive and will be purchasing at the new MY23 truck correct? No issues with that, just had someone trying to say I'd qualify for it.

Private offer was for people who were invited to order a 2022 and then deferred for the Pro or XLT. You will be paying the new 2023 prices. I cannot speculate on the tax credit.
