Picked up a 2021 Lariat Powerboost and noticed none of my power plugs are working including my generator plugs. I haven’t seen this exact issue in the other threads so figured I’d start a new one.
1. truck starts and I get the typical error everyone else has been seeing about “see an authorized dealer“ pro power onboard service required. Dealer tells me to wait for OTA update
2. I try to push the reset button in the cab above the 110v and the small white button stays dull depressed and never pops out to reset it or indicating it has tripped
3. The 110 plug below my in cab reset button is flashing yellow and doesn’t work
3. the plugs in the bed don’t have power even after hitting the green button and trying to reset those
4. the pro power onboard dashboard won’t turn on even after trying a reset. The circles never show the current power and the error message pops back up.
5. yes, the dealer ripped the white nipple cover over my incab reset button so it’s exposed.
Dealer just ordered a new in cab reset button because they asummed that wasn’t working properly since it won’t reset. The tech looks at it today and said the only way to replace it is to take apart the entire dashboard because the new design is layered on top of one another and in order for him to get to it it will take a half day of work. Odd thing is they said it worked a week ago.
I’m all out of ideas but wanted to see if anyone here had any suggestions or had solved a similar issue recently. Appreciate any help or thoughts.
