My numbers won't be representative of any normal situation... I live up a 1400' elevation grade from town so I have to pull everything up that twisty grade, and I have heavy, knobby Mickey Thompson tires, a heavyish foot, and a rack that sticks into the slipstream up top. That said, I get 1.3 as a daily, hauling and towing pretty much weekly...I thought that bridge looked familiar, what kind of range hit are you seeing while towing with the temps in PDX? I need to tow a CR-V to Idaho and am wondering how much warmer I should let it get before I go so I'm not dealing with both the temperature and towing range hit.
tbh in your shoes, I might rent an ICE truck for that task but it's doable... (Idaho kind of sucks for infrastructure)
Cheers and good luck
