After less than an hour behind the wheel she managed to break it in for me. Wondering if anybody knows paint code for the sport package wheels, and if you have any tips on repair process here. Both local dealerships wont (can't) repair this and referred me to a couple local wheel repair companies. Both are saying they will have a tough time color matching and quoted minimum 4 days anywhere between $175-$350 CAN, which is terrible. Also worried they wont be able to color match. Curb scuffs not covered under W&T warranty either (which is why I opted not to purchase). Edit: Quoted a new wheel from dealer for comparison and these are $1200 a pop CAN. Obviously I wont be buying new and yes, I could live with it, but I don't want to.

What exactly are you looking for if you consider $175-$350CAD to be terrible..... The company would need to fill the gouge and completely refinish the rim. How much do you think that should cost?

HI J, I would live with it and make peace with the wife (it's her truck too) or think out side the box.....smooth out the damage and get them powder coated (all) or plastic dip them yourself. I would plastic dip all the wheels to match, cost is time and materials, less 40 bucks? Make it your own. My 2 cents :)

Me personally, I am way to anal to live with it. I would spend the $100-$125 and have a wheel shop resurface them. They will look brand new.

Go to your local tire shops and look for some factory take off wheels. There should be a few around, as a lot of people trade them in on after market wheels. You may find a set you like better. If it happened once it will probably happen again, sorry.
