I can’t figure out how to enable the Local Hazard Information under the Connected Vehicle Features in Settings. I have all the other prerequisites features enable. Is anyone else able to have this feature enabled?

What does ‘local hazard info’ refer to? I don’t find those swords specificly in the manual.

I have not been able to enable it either. I’m guessing that it might be something they will roll out later? Perhaps not all areas have the ability to support this information at the moment.

I'm not able to enable it either.

A surprising lack of info in the owner's manual for many of the SYNC setting options.

Reading the linked description, first thing I realize is it is an European thing (for now), as it references it on the Puma which is not sold in the U.S. But it does say it will be coming across the product line.

However, will it only be enabled in Europe (for now?)? Is there limitations in the U.S. communication laws that might restrict this autonomous data transmission....

It sounds interesting, and for the Waze users, is really an automated version (Waze allows user to post road issues, hazards, wrecks, slow downs, debris on the road, and radar traps). But an engaged user has to take the time to post it.
