I'm kind of wondering if I should look at other vehicles too. AWD/4WD a must, just too many muddy roads around here. Most of our driving is within twenty miles, so really range doesn't have to be crazy. I'd love an electric version of our old 98 Sienna or '05 Outback. Roomy, can throw down a tarp when I need to haul junk. LONG, cross overs don't fit stuff like shovels and fishing poles. Need a trailer hitch, even if towing ability is not spectacular. The Outback handles great, though it's slow as molasses. Both cars have better ground clearance than sedans and minivans, hit a good balance (well, the Sienna suspension has seen better days...).
