Hello all.
I'll be doing my 1 year service interval later this month. I haven't had any issues with the truck, except for modem connectivity. This is intermittent, and I believe this problem is well known, although not experienced by everyone. The modem connectivity is lost on occasion, sometimes for days at a time. I tried cycling fuse 32 for >1 minute to no avail. I haven't tried cycling the 12V main, but this isn't really an acceptable workaround considering how often this problem happens.
I have two CSPs that haven't been applied: Battery monitor sensor replacement (23B70) and HV BECM software (23B57). I expect these CSPs will be applied during the service interval. I was wondering if either of these CSPs could somehow be affecting the modem, so I thought I'd ask about the group's experience. I'm hoping after the application of these CSPs, the modem issues are resolved. If I ask them to diagnose the modem as a separate issue, they will want to hold the truck for a week.
Thanks.
