I had module #3 replaced.

I've just had the vehicle back a couple of days. After getting the repaired vehicle back, AC charging was slowing above 93% which was the identical symptom with a cell 30 mV out of balance pre repair. I've been charging to 100% and discharging (driving) to see if that'll speed the cell balancing. The charging curve is improving. Battery health is 99% in FDRS. almost 32,000 miles

FordPass states energy used charging to 100%. You can subtract the expected energy charging to 100% to estimate the excess cell balancing energy. The energy metric in FordPass already excludes AC/DC losses. You'll find nearly all the excess is from 99-100% charging, totaling 2.8-5.4 kWh per session. I wonder if the truck is trying to balance the new module. One time the energy in FordPass reported even jumped down 5.4 kWh when it ticked over to 100%, the lowered energy was closer to that expected changing to 100%.

I have three 100% balancing sessions since I started keeping track, totaling about 13 kWh extra energy. I think that's close to a module's capacity. Does anyone know the energy capacity of the replaced module?

It may take ~21 days for full charging performance to return.
Service guys should have mentioned this.

I forget what the capacity is, we have a few very old threads discussing each modules capacity, can't put my finger on them yet.

Be careful with trying to track energy accurately in Fordpass, the latest versions are buggy, as I have mentioned on the 5.11.0 Android thread.
