I took my new f150 PB to dealer for some minor problems with myview resetting randomly and sync 4 radio loosing channel memory in OCT 2021. They had it two days and told me they performed a couple of TSBs and was ready to pickup. After I picked it up My Ford Pass no longer worked and message said "unable to change authorization rights. I took the truck back after talking to Ford pass support who told me it was something the dealer had to fix. I did take it back and they had it for two more days and said they would call Ford for help. They said they had to order a USB module and come back in a week. Next visit they said it was all fixed and they updated some module, I picked up truck and Ford pass still not working and also lost my navigation. I showed them problem and they made a call to Ford and told me it needed a APIM module. I waited two weeks for them to tell me to bring it back. After replacing the APIM module they again told me to pick my truck up. This time I had no connected features and still had my original problems I brought the truck in for. They told me to bring it back in a week as they ordered a TCU module per Ford. I brought it back again and they had it two days and now they just called me a told me Ford told them it needed a gateway module and now would not run at all. Seems like my truck is a learning ground for these guys. Is there someone at Ford that can assist this dealer with the proper way to diagnose without just guessing and throwing parts at what is probably software installed wrong and stop replacing stuff? Now I have no idea when I will get my truck back and they are offering a loaner. PLEASE someone from Ford contact me for dealer and VIN info to get this 4 month and 5 trip problem resolved that turned my truck into a vegetable.
