Hmmm maybe caveat your thread with “Due to my personal driving habits and experience, larger tires do not work with my powerboost.” Claiming a specific tire and size does not work with powerboosts across the board is ridiculous. I absolutely understand how a hybrid works and perfectly understand how my truck worked pre and post new setup. Thanks for the chuckle today ?
Well sure anyone can, a 20# heavier tire is a 20# heavier tire, end of story. Doesn't matter what brand, what truck or what driver. That's called common sense. I could always lie and say I am getting 30 and gained 100 electric hp.......

You have to “pay to play” with more aggressive tires. My suggestion is try to keep the weight down with a P rated tire.

I’d be interested to hear how everything changes when the system is recalibrated as I too am looking to add 34s on my PB.

I’m still getting 22 mpg with my 295/60 recons. Before I could get 24 pretty regularly so it’s a hit but not bad. My PB still switches in and out of electric mostly the same. I’d say the biggest hit is from the highway driving. Handling is much improved to stock that for sure. All in all this is a truck, not a Prius. Very happy to still get >20mpg with this torque and power.

I did have my Speedo calibrated with forscan.

You're getting 22 with Recon Grappler 295/60/20? I'm only looking at 19.5 stock!

22 in town no problem but the same trip pre level and tires I could get 25. I can still get about 20% electric miles even with the new setup. I snapped this after a recent trip. I’ve noticed the slightly cooler temps have made it harder but overall I’m still pleased.

How about ride quality compared to factory? I've seen mixed reviews, none with the Recon Grappler, but at least one with Ridge Grappler, said it's a lot rougher thinking his tires may (hopefully) just need to be rebalanced.

I have CCD and once I had the dealer reset the sensors post-level, the ride quality has been great. The recons are surprisingly quiet and ride well. A little harder than stock but pretty much any LT tire will be. Overall I’m happy with the ride quality.

295/60 Pro Comps with 2" level and I get about 3-4 less than before, however I am on winter gas as well. Was getting 21-22 summer, now 18-19 winter. Still getting roughly 15% electric miles like before.. I have pedal commander as well, run it at sport 3.
