Nitto Recon Grapplers, 295/60/20 set of 4 new tires put on my F150, driven 100 miles, taken off, so like new. Didn't work out with my Powerboost, gone back to stock. Super deal. $1475 for all 4. Can pickup in the Austin area or New Braunfels TX area.

can you explain what you mean by "didnt work out" I have a powerboost and I am interested. Just too heavy? Didnt go into electric mode enough? Thanks

I thought i said it but yes the 20+# heavier tires completely defeat the powerboost electric because I assume sensors think you have a load. Put stocks back on and went from 18mpg to 21-23mpg average. Sure I loved the look of those tires but why pay for an electric motor if can't be utilized.

I am afraid that I might have to go down that same road. I put Nitto Ridge Grapplers (285/60 R20) on my leveled Powerboost and I can't pull away from a stop light without the ICE kicking on. It does go to all electric at 45mph without a problem but chews up fuel getting there. Mine are a little lighter than Dan's, his are 65.88 lbs per tire where mine are 61.62 lbs. I let my dealer talk me into them because of the look. I don't think neither he nor I understood the impact the tires would have on MPG. :-(
