I successfully went online and subscribed to "the Porsche Charging Service Inclusive Period until 3/18/26."
However I am having difficulty getting the app to install the corresponding certificate. I see the screen to request a certificate and then an immediate error message saying unable to request the certificate.
Note I have walked through the known issues page and ensured that the car is on while doing this and that data privacy mode is set appropriately in the PCM. I have also sent daily emails (last 3 days) to customersupport@porsche.com with these screenshots and never gotten a response.
