I want to see all the EV nerd data… temperatures, charge levels, etc.

What are some good options or builds people have done for OBD displays?

Nice build! But was hoping for soemthing a little more “plug and play” than a Raspberry Pi.

OBDLink CX and CarScanner, run it on your phone, or a tablet and you're good to go.
Best ability to create your own user interface (some have shared on the forum, just search for carscanner) and it would work with ABRP.

I also wanted nerd data, I found that I can hit the API to get charge logs.
