Update from the dealer,
the new module is in, now accoridng to them they must match the state of charge on both the current pack and the new module before installing the module.
Once they get the battery pack back together then they can look at the Air Damn, Cabin Pre-conditioning and 20k mile service.

I was the guinea pig for this one. The dealer didn't have the correct equipment and had to order parts for their diagnostic machines.
They finally have the module replaced and battery installed. I got a notification on my phone that the SOC is currently at 90%. The service manager said they still have a couple things to program and truck should be ready this week.

This "program" 23H01 has become more confusing to me, and sooo frustrating to those who have discovered the bad battery modules in their trucks. In some cases FORD remotely determined which modules were bad before the customer knew there was a problem.

Their notice stated: "Ford has identified that specific owner vehicles are equipped with High Voltage Battery modules that are not performing as intended, which may result in a degradation of the performance of the High Voltage Battery"

Yet, with many other cases, the customer suddenly is impacted, and must struggle on his own with his local FORD Dealer about this same issue. FORD'S release stated all Lightnings made from Oct 14, 2021 through January 3, 2023 could have the issue (basically all Lightnings built prior to 2023). Yet this is a "program" not a RECALL.

I know there are many thousand trucks involved, but why can't FORD stress test each one remotely, or at the Dealer, and proactively address all of the trucks to determine exactly which modules are involved? If needed FORD needs a fleet of technicians with the knowledge and equipment rapidly traveling across the Country stress testing trucks.

I certainly hope it isn't making that number publicly known as a RECALL and spread across the news the reason they aren't be upfront with this issue.

The statement in the public release is a classic: "Ford is voluntarily conducting this program to evaluate the field performance and functionality of the obtained High Voltage Battery modules."

The truck is a fantastic product, why screw up it now with this lingering uncertainty?? Call it a RECALL and get it fixed.

Well this just sucks.
I left for an extended weekend vacation, left the truck at 49% SOC. Arrived home and try to go out for a drive but the truck was throwing me all kinds of bad news, decreased power, service asap. I only had 4% available power.
After using a code reader I somehow ended up with P0B24, which is,

OBD-II Code High voltage system may not operate is defined as a Hybrid Battery "A" Voltage Unstable
The high voltage battery is composed of many individual battery cells. The Battery Energy Control Module (BECM) monitors all the cells in the high voltage battery pack to make sure they are all contributing equally to the high voltage system. If one cell is determined to be unequally contributing, code P0B24 will be set.

It looks like I'm pretty hosed as I disconnected the 12v battery and all codes re-appeared. My ODB II reader is showing me SOC 47.91, HVB 348.5, (isn't this supposed to be over 400?)

Nothing else for me to do tonight, will call dealer in the morning and looks like i'll have to get a tow to the dealership if nothing magically changes overnight.
In CarScanner it would be interesting to see:

HvB SOH
HvB module variation
HVM SOC module variation
HvbAvgModV

For a bad battery. It's too late now since it's being fixed.

Finally got my lightning back today. Supposedly everything is fixed except the Air Dam warning. Per the dealer they ordered a new set of actuators, but on my driving today I didn't get the warning at all.
Hopefully from here on out, I don't have to be the guinea pig for my dealer for any more reasons.
