Perhaps someone on this forum can assist since Ford, Sunrun, Siemens and Delta have not followed up with my previous correspondence and several open "Cases"...
I would like to summarize where I am in the HIS/Charger connection process:
I have spent over $10,000 in parts and labor to have a connected home but, to date, I have only a charger. I should note that the system worked in the past buy after a recent update, it lost pairing and I had to start over.

I would like to summarize where I am in the HIS/Charger connection process:
- My 80 amp Ford Charger and H.I.S. were professionally installed by a licensed electrician.
- The H.I.S. is registered with Sunrun.
- The Charger was successfully connected to my home wifi and subsequently paired with my Android phone.
- When trying to pair the system with the Sync 4 in my 2022 Ford Lightning, I go through the following:
- Scan for system (Usually successful in Finding FORD 3000)
- I log into the Charge Station pro through my Ford Pass app
- Attempt to Pair “FORD 3000” (the only system found on my screen)
- AT this point, the Sync 4 asks does this number “__________” match the number on your Charge Station Pro. This is the start of the problem. No number appears on my phone in either app (my phone receives no notification). I have authorized location and notifications on the Ford Pass app and the Charge Station Pro.
- I have tried to press “yes” to confirm the number matches (even though I can’t see the corresponding number on my phone). The attached screenshot is the message I receive.
