Replace seat covers w/ Lariat leather seat covers (from ICE F-150)?

Hey all, does anyone know if the lariat leather seat covers from the ICE F150 will fit our seats if we remove the cloth covers?

Basically, is there anything different between the two models with regard to the cushions or how they attach under the seats?

Thinking of buying some new leather take offs from the ICE F150. these have been modified to remove the rear seat center armrest. Would appreciate any thoughts.

I bought the take offs from eBay with the modified rear seat for my XLT and they fit perfectly. The process is pretty easy, just a bit time consuming.
