I have a Platinum Powerboost with the tow package (not the Max Tow). It rides terribly. The side to side rocking motion on uneven surfaces or when coming out of a roundabout is enough to throw the passenger against the door and then against the center console. There isn't any shimmy or irregular rocking or rolling when going straight on a smooth surface.
This isn't my first truck, I had a Chevy that was very comfortable, so it's not just a case of "well it's a truck what did you expect". I just returned from a 1200 mile trip and my wife complained every time she was tossed around and she was right.
Do you other people with the same setup have the same experience? I'm wondering if there's something missing from my truck but I don't know what would keep it more level. Is that what the anti-sway bar does? I'm going to take it to a dealer and ask them to look for anything that could explain it but I would like to appear knowledgeable when I do.
Thanks
