Sync 4A: SUBMIT FEEDBACK - anyone use it and did it help your issue ?

Since I have an issue with receiving OTA updates (currently at 3.2), I found this feature on the Sync 4:

Under Settings, General, Submit Feedback.

You can choose from a variety of issues.

I selected "software update - wireless update not working"

I sent it and it said it uses Wifi to send the request.

It's connected to my home Wifi and don't know if it really sent it.

Does it actually work or is it just for looks ?

Issue resolved - 3 days after submitting feedback, my Lightning went from 3.2 to 3.5.2 while mid-drive during the day.

Maybe the "Submit Feedback" may have worked or maybe it was coincidence ?
