Earlier yesterday loaded a few things in the bed of my '23 Lariat ER to head to my sons ball game. Grabbed the chairs out of the bed and purposely left the gate down as I had backed into a spot with no row behind me.
Half hr later my dad grabs his chair and manually closes the gate. I tried open the gate with the Fordpass, I get "connection failed",
2 hours later I open the gate with the gate button. Put the chairs in. Attempted to close the gate with a little lift up to let the assist close it and all I get is severe resistance. The only way I can close it is manually after I press the lock button.
Anyone have this issue?
