Tire Vibration from Snow\Ice\Dirt

I have a Lariat with the 20" wheels and wanted to know if anyone else is having a hell of a time with ice\snow\dirt buildup. I live on a dirt road and this is the first vehicle I've ever had a problem with buildup causing imbalanced wheels. I am certain this is the problem because I can sometimes knock out the bulges and bumps with my snow brush.

With the aero design of the wheel I can see why that would happen.

A few coats of carnauba wax on the wheels (including inside barrel) may help?
