Want a powered Back/Rear Slider

I have a '24 Flash and really want a powered rear slider. Anyone done this yet?
- what is the TTL cost if done at dealer, other suppliers?
- is the wire harness there?
- Assume you need to replace the overhead control panel w/ eye glass holder
