Hi all...

Trying to figure out why my wife's phone pairs when we both are in the car but are using my key? I have set up the personal settings for each key fob along with enrolling them in the door buttons.

When my wife has used the truck she parks in our garage and we don't lock it as it is secure. When I then go out or we go out together, the truck senses my key and reverts to my seating position etc yet every time we start up it pairs to her phone and not mine. Is the fact that hers is higher on the phone list the reason the settings are being ignored?

I have also noticed that play back of spotify (songs downloaded to device) through carplay have interference when driving along that fades in and out.... My understanding is that the connection is bluetooth and this shouldn't happen. Not an issue with playback when connected by cable so don't see it being the phone.

Does anyone have any thoughts?

Thanks

Her is set a primary and yours has to be set as secondary.
