I made this change and the upper light is super bright. No noticeable change to the lower light. Is there a way to change the brightness of the lower light or is this the way it is? Thanks

It should be brightened up a little but can be hard to see during the day, mine is really bright like the top led bar. See photo below. It’s probably because it’s during the day and it’s not really required if in DRL mode. But during the night, you’d really notice the difference. See my photo below.

Thanks - Do other drivers flash their lights at you? I'll have to see how others react to these lights. Will report back. Thanks

No problem! Nope, no issues with drivers on my end, but I do get a lot of questions on how I did it by 2021 F-150 owners. Was pretty cool to meet & talk with other F-150 owners about these new gen models. I know on the previous gen, Ford pushed a update to dim down the LED bar because it was blinding other drivers apparently, but no issues when I had my ‘16 and ‘20, both were bright just like this one. Personally looks better but definitely report back if you have had any issues. I’d love to hear.

That line is to change in FORScan, this increases the LED bar on ALL settings, dial 2 on the exterior lighting mode just turns off the low beam headlights at night, if you wish not to use them, but the LED bar stays bright after the FORScan change.

I have a question. By doing this will it cause the DRL's to burn out quicker ?

I’m not sure, seeing the DRL relies on the LED bar and not the low beams, I’ve yet to see a full LED headlight (even from 2015-2020) die off because of this. I used the same thing on my 2016 F-150 for years and the 2020 F-150 for a few months like this with the low beams off at night (except on highways), zero issues.

great mod to blind oncoming traffic..
Haven’t had any issues since I owned a 2016 & 2020, both had oem LED bars on the headlights. Same with my 2021. Zero issues and zero flash from oncoming but a few asked how to do the same on theirs lol, they wanted it too. Come to think of it, haven’t had anyone I know here in Canada that ever had any issues at all.

Where can I find what needs to be changed to keep the rear taillights
Forscan can enable your rear DRLs to be on with the front ones. I did that for mine for an even look after boosting the brightness.
Where can I find out how to do this? The spreadsheet doesn't seem to mention it.

What specifically are you wanting to do?

Did you change the “2”s that are in that line? Make sure you’re using BCM (As-Built), scroll down until you find line 726-42-01. Then the as-built numbers in that line, just change the numbers where the “_” is on the line, that’s it. Don’t write the complete line and do not change anything that is in place of the “x”. (do not write the “x”s).
