Didn't she say the work truck first was fleet? Sounds like RST launch edition is the first consumer version unless I misunderstood.

Barra definitely said that work truck would be out spring 2023.
I'm guessing that the work trucks will be reserved for partners and will roll out Spring 2023 but mass production for consumers will be fall 2023.

From a featureset, I like what they've touted. I love that they designed the frunk in the same way Ford did. The bed is larger than the Lightning before factoring in the midgate configurations.

I think I'm in, but definitely not for the first launch version.

I'm going to reserve one. By the time I get an invite to order a Lightning, hopefully we'll know a bit more about the Silverado EV. Who knows, maybe they'll have a more affordable long-range version. If not, maybe I'll consider a more-readily-available Lightning pro by 2024.

*shrugs* time will tell.

I like the pass-thru from the back seat into the bed. Just wish it didn't look like a land whale.
