? Lightning Ordering WAVE 2 Emails Are Out!

Thought ford corporate said dealers can't screw us over with ADMs. I hope they all get caught. It will be unfortunate for those customers that are still waiting in line, but dang!

If your dealer said they got "a couple" in wave 1, you already can't believe anything else they tell you.

I'm in the disappointed club. I ordered on 5/19 at 9:43 EST and was #8 at my dealer. I have no idea how many orders, but since they are a large volume Dallas dealer, and TX is the #2 or 3 state for buying EVs behind CA, one would think they should get a good share of allocations. They did say they received one in waive #1 and that went to the dealer's owner.

I have not heard a peep from Ford and am now in the third wave hopeful club.

SAME boat brother. Just spoke with my dealers, they got 140 total orders.
They got 10 Lightnings "Promised" to them for 2022.
I am 8th on the list
I Did NOT get an email for wave 2.
My dealers HOPES I am in wave 3.
I want a PRO though so I may just extend until 2023.

What I WORRY about is that they make another 500 in 2023 & we have to wait ANOTHER year.

Then we Finally get out 2024 PRO and they completely change the body with gen2 in 2025...

So I dont know.

I'll see how things look on Feb 3 for Wave 3 but I am SUPER disappointed in @Ford Motor Company

Maxwell didnt have any wave 1 orders. Been on the phone with them today as well as the dealer whom i might transfer from. Neither had wave 1 orders.

What is interesting to me is the order page shows estimated delivery is 24plus weeks. As I recall the wave one order page showed 20 plus weeks. Are they building the Lightning by waves?

My Pro order from wave 1 said 20+ weeks. I'm going to guess that they are building them out on waves? I could be way off

Not I.

I'm in Central Florida/Clermont. My fingers were crossed so hard. Whatever. Purchased a Mustang Mach E for my wife on Monday, so I'm fine with working on those payments for a while, I guess.
