Stereo Resetting Fade and Tone Settings

I have 2021 F150 Ecoboost XLT Sport. I modify the Tone and Fade settings and within a few days they go back factory settings. Has anyone seen this?

It was an issue with APIM software

If you go to settings, general, about sync. See what version you have.

If it is below 21146 an update to your apim addresses that and a few other issues. It was supposed to go out via OTA but some have not received that OTA.

Just checked, I have that version, Revision 145. Just reset my settings, hopefully, they'll hold.

if you have that version that is what the TSB is about. Updating to that version. So you should be able to set it and it stay now.

Set the Fade and restarted once and it went back to factory default.

Sorry to hear. Sounds like you have deeper issues

No, it did not work. Have service Appt in a couple weeks t have them look at it.
