My order is for an ER Lariat and therefore I should be getting a "free" Charge Station Pro. Does anyone know if there is anything I need to do to get this in a timely manner or will it just be shipped to me? Do I need to call SunRun?

It seems like the Ford chat just generically quotes about 3 week delivery to everyone. I'm not sure that I trust the Ford chat has more info than can be found on the websites (Shop Ford, etc.), I think they just provide a scripted response that doesn't hold any water. Maybe I'm wrong, but the people who have chatted all seem to be getting the same answer.

From my chat with FORD this morning.
" Tom, I see that the status of your vehicle order is "Received". This means the vehicle has been received by a carrier at a ramp location. It is located at Ramp 51, Flat Rock, MI with an ETA of Aug-19-2022-Aug-25-2022. "

I don't disagree, just don't appreciate the pessimism . Trying to time the sale of my old vehicle based off of hopes, dreams, and a Ford chatbot. Wish me luck.

Same here. I did this with the Bronco and sold my vehicle a week after my build date and then get sent to dirt mountain for 4 months because of the hardtop issue.

What was your blend date? Mine was 7/28 and my ETA is Aug-19-2022-Aug-25-2022. It appears you are in Georgia. With me being in Alabama, one would think we would be on the same truck, maybe.

Something to note from a 7/18 Build Week guy. Ford Chat indicated that my truck has an ETA of 8/5 - 8/11. One person would indicate that that's a BUILT timeline and another says its a delivery timeline. Based on current shipping issues, there's no way I'm getting the truck in a week. Their indicated ETAs are way off based on what I'm seeing.
