✅ 9/19 Lightning Build Week Group

Anyone with an update? My tear tag was 9/23 but still shown as in production on the tracker. I’ll try to hit up ford chat later today see if they have an updated ETA of 10/12 from when I chatted on 9/24.

I spoke to them via chat and the marketing phone # and was notified that I’m on micro chip hold. However- my estimated delivery window of 10/11-10/17 was not affected. I find that very unlikely. Pls let us know what you find out.

No movement here since the tear tag Tuesday. I've been reluctant to pester Ford chat since I'm buying from dealer stock and not a custom order. Just stewing in my impatience and refreshing the pizza tracker.

I’ve been chatting daily and still chip hold. They claim mine might be resolved by 10/4 but who knows.

Yep mine said this but oct 4th-10th I had to specifically ask them if my truck had a chip hold then they said yes. But the eta was still 10/4-10/10

Looking back at the last couple of weeks' threads, seems that 9-12 days from the "In Production" date to be when the truck is moved to "Built" status is the normal range, barring any holds such as chip holds. My "In Production" date was 9/23. I just bet $500 on FanDuel that mine will be listed as "Built" on October 4. Hopefully, this saves some folks some browser refreshes.

The rational part of my brain says these guys went into production 4 days earlier than us.

Sequencing numbers were really screwy this build week, we have MORE spray in liner=501 trucks than non-spray-on=391.

Ford Chat is claiming that even though the status changed, it is still on a chip hold, which makes no sense to me.

So, we are at 8 days from IN Production to Built for the first 3. Let's see if that holds for me and the other 9/23 build.
