My Fordpass got denied this morning

assuming you cannot activate without being in the car to accept the activation request on the screen. So you'll definitely need to be in the car (from memory)

It means someone went inside my truck and clicked no on the prompt. So either truck is moving to a convoy or is undocking from rail. Or someone is messing around with my truck

JUST GOT THE CALL!!!! Picking up the truck at 3pm today. Guess it came in this morning… doing the “PDI” process, etc and will be on the charger charging up until I get there… WOOHOO

Do you have a FEDEX account monitoring parcels directed to you address? It is a great way to know when things get shipped to you!! Hopefully they [Sun RUn] are not back logged with supplies to go out the door just-in-time.

Fyi. I tried to update my ford pass and it seems like the truck is not getting a signal ( finally in a rail car). I also ended up calling BNSF today and spoke to someone there. I gave them my train car number and he said it is indeed on its way and should be in San Diego any day now. The slowdown in San clemente is causing delays all along the line.

I think this is the issue. I was able to trace it calling Norfolk Southern's number. It is now in Delaware. It should only be another couple days.

If my update has not changed for two dates (in Bellevue Ohio) on way to NJ, does that mean the truck is sitting in the yard, or nobody really knows?

FYI, for people that took delivery later than me, I purchased my truck on October 5th. Today, I received an email and tracking number from Sunrun stating that my FCSP shipped.
