Yes. And it makes me unnecessarily angry.
When going from one vehicle to another, you have to switch vehicles in the app, shut off Bluetooth and then turn Bluetooth back on. And even then, the first time you go to "start" the vehicle, you get a "key not detected" fault. You have no choice...
OK. I have both a Mach-E and a Lightning. I have not allowed my S23 Ultra to update since I saw the post on the Mach-E forum saying the security patch broke PAAK. After seeing @sstevetx post that he has the update and isn't experiencing problems, I allowed my phone to take the update. And...
That's very sound practice, setting up the backup code. But what are we supposed to do if the keyboard never pops up to input it?

Looks like it's built but still at the assembly plant. I don't know if they are doing extra QC on new units, but it has the bedliner installed. Just needs to be shipped.
I don't have any stats, but I had the 12" screen in my 2021 ICE truck. The picture was clearer on it. With the 360 cameras, I use an expansion joint on my driveway to guide me into my garage. You could see it better on the 12" screen.
I don't know how it's way better. You have a lower resolution screen with only 12" of usable display, if you don't count the space dedicated to the HVAC controls that the majority or people don't like, the tabs and volume knob.
And just like cell phone videos, landscape is better than...
That's understandable. Until somebody that doesn't know the limitation uses it on a 400v based vehicle and wonders why it starts to derate. These passive adaptors should be built to withstand the highest possible charging rates for safety, and to protect both the vehicle and charger.
