Cannot get Blue Cruise going!

Hey All,

I have had my Lightning for a month now, and have confirmed the BlueCruise subscription is active in the ABOUT screen. My FordPass app shows the BlueCruise is ACTIVE, and I have the lane centering on. The truck drives normally, and uses adaptive cruise/lane keeping perfectly. I never get a prompt for BlueCruise and am definitely driving in a BlueCruise zone.

Wondering if anyone had a similar experience, and has found a solution.

Mine started to work at about 1000 miles. Not sure why: an update, a learning algorithm etc.

but it has been great ever since.

how many miles do you have?

Just over 600. Maybe it will come to life magically like yours did!

Try pulling fuse 32 in the fuse panel in the passenger foot well for a second to give the GWM a good reboot

I pretty much had the same experience as others. My Blue Cruise just suddenly started working after a Electrify America charge. Maybe had about 400 miles on it at the time.
