I got one of those several weeks ago. I was orginally scheduled for this 2/6 build week and the message was that I was moved up a week. Lucky me? my build date is no 2/5 which technically is in the 1/30 build date. but now it looks like you guys will get the heated seats, but not me.... sigh..... not a big deal for me. just glad to see my lightning getting closer to reality.Has anyone got a very vague "your order has been updated" email? When I log into my account I can't see any noticeable changes and I'm trying to make sure I'm not missing anything.

I'll tag along with you 2/6 build guys. My 1/6 build week thread is bare as I'm the only one on this forum scheduled for that week!
That is great news, sounds like FORD is trying to prioritize resources for the ZEV states with valuable buyer incentives. where GVWR is a crucial factor, it is in Mass as well.Just found my window stickers - relieved that they are putting all seasons on like I requested. Should be able to get the full Colorado tax credit now.

the VIN for the 2/6 (maybe yours?) is way behind schedule on showing an "IN PRODUCTION" stage date, as are all the other trucks, maybe there is a line hold or the prior production week took long to finish!

it has worked for me once or twice. don't feel alone but if you go to Dashboard, then under Orders - view your order status , click on View Details. Then you should see three panels. Order, your username, and add vehicle. Under Order click on View Details. this gets you to the same page as the page you asked about. sounds like a lot of screens but it's only a few clicks and if your like me and click on it every day, it is pretty fast. why???? who knows.Is there a trick to get the tracker to work? I used the order # on my ford.com reservation page but every time I put in that number and the vin in the tracker it says "invalid order number"
The order number for this particular tracker is a 4 digit number that is different than the reservation/order number for the Lightning reservation itself. My dealer gave mine to me and, IIRC, there is also a place on the window sticker where it shows up (but it is not intuitive).Is there a trick to get the tracker to work?
