Truck won’t start. Multiple visual warnings and audio alerts going off.

Cannot start my truck today. Start button flashes and dash screen shows multiple warnings along with audio sounds. Alerts include “service advance trac”, “tire pressure monitoring fault”, “service vehicle soon” all alerts one after amity and repeating

I would bet the 12 volt battery is low for some reason. jump it with another car or use a charger and I suspect you'll be fine.

I've had my 12v battery get low before (last time was because I left my obd2 dongle plugged in as well as a trailer but with my truck off) and I had so many warnings like this and more including - "the alarm is going off because someone opened your trunk" and loud popping noises out of the stereo and even high voltage battery system needs service now just because of a low 12v .

Thanks ChrisCon. Tow vehicle here and tried charging (truck was charged to75% prior to issue arising) but not working. Tow driver not able to get into neutral to back out of driveway to load on flatbead. Is trying to call Ford for assistance…..

When you say charging do you mean the High Voltage battery or the 12V? You should try connecting a jump box to the 12V and see if that fixes it.

If you can‘t get it in neutral here’s a video with all the details.

Viewed all videos of 12 volt jump and attempts to get truck in neutral. All failed in resolving issues. After 2tow trucks attempted resolutions required third!! Tow truck with Dollie’s to get truck to dealer. VERY dissatisfied with Ford roadside assistance. Their focus is solely on a scripted process than listening to the customer and solving issues.

Could also be the gateway module is toast.
That's what happened to mine. Extremely similar conditions.
Once the gateway modules goes, the start button is rendered inoperative, however, accessory power does seem to be available.
Couldn't hurt to check the 12v battery, but my guess is it is the module.

Thanks Rod. We checked the 12v battery with no success. Will let my dealer know that this might be the problem with the gateway module. I live in the Syracuse NY area and dealer is still learning how to fix things etc which is understandable. How long did it take them to fix/replace your gateway module? This was around the 4th of July holiday, so it took a few days to get the module in, but only because of the holiday. Once they had the unit, it was easily replaced that same day.
If it is that, it should be a relatively easy fix. The ICE trucks have had much of this same issue. So pretty sure your dealer will be familiar with the repair. I hope.

My truck now 9 days at dealer with no diagnosis. I called dealer services manager yesterday and got his voicemail. I have reached out to Ford Inc technician assigned as intermediary who informed me that they would provide updates regularly and escalate the issue internally…that was this past Monday and have sent numerous text messages to this agent with no replies. Can you assist?
