Congrats on making the right decision for your situation, hopefully when the time comes to turn over the Tundra, a suitable BEV truck will be on the market!

That said, this is the last report of your truck progress, I trim back on tracking for trucks that are being abandoned to save me time.

I definitely feel bad being a data point contributing to the current onslaught of anti-EV nonsense, but I’m hopeful for the next couple years.

At least the Tundra has a battery and a kind of full EV mode at lower speeds…

Today was the day! Picked up "Mjolnir" early this afternoon and put quite a few miles on it already. I think we were in and out of the dealership in 30 minutes; did the trade quote yesterday when we popped in for our status update (and got exactly what I wanted for the trade!). Out of pocket was less than I've paid for any vehicle in the last 10 years...and I was able to write a check, so I'm grateful for that. Wife couldn't be happier, and I'm over the moon. Been installing accessories (that I've had sitting in my garage for a couple weeks now: bed mat, tonneau cover, storage) in between trick or treaters this evening. Can't wait to charge it for the first time at home and put some miles on it this weekend!!

Also got it on the 31st, drove it to work this morning, had the cabin warmed up in advance, pretty neat. The truck was all lighted up when I got out of the house, like if there was a chauffeur waiting to pick me up. But I am glad I got to do the driving! Thanks to all and @TaxmanHog in particular for all the great info!

So far, have been loving my lightning. The only thing that is nawing at me is the battery CSP is still visible in the app. My dealer has sworn up and down that the required update was applied, but that was almost 2 weeks ago....

Asked the dealer EV specialist about the CSP yesterday, he took his most puzzled face and assured me it would be done via an OTA update. I'am completely reassured now...
