Are we talking about Ford or A2Z? Because I was talking about A2Z, and their number is on the paperwork that comes with their adapter. If you need immediate help from Ford, you call the number in your manual or in your infotainment screen for roadside assistance. If you need less immediate help than roadside assistance, you call the BEV team, their number's pasted all over this forum (1 (800) 392-3673) just be ready to be told to take it to a dealer as Ford offloads the majority of it's customer service to dealers who are likely clueless.

A2Z customer service is a 10 out of 10 in almost every interaction people report. Fords.... well, it's practically non-existent.
