I won't sell You my trusty Mongoose but I can lend it to You... as it seems we might be in the same general neighborhood. Ditto for the Clore power supply. DM me if interested.

FYI - I have lots & lots of FDRS experience... I used to have the annual license the 1st year of my now gone Mach E. ...if You'd like a copilot for Your 1st session.

That would be excellent - I’m located in Leesburg and would be happy to meet up, etc.

My wife has an MME and maybe there will be some use, there, too!

Or, worst case, would be happy to borrow and send back (at my expense both ways).

let me know!

I'm in Arlington. Actually, I just went to a winery in Leesburg (well, Hamilton Station just past Leesburg) this Saturday.

BLUF: I have all the equipment to safely do whatever your Lightning and Mach E need done with FDRS. You'd have to buy the FDRS license. It's $50 for 2 days, about $200 for a month and about $899 for 12 months. One license will work on an infinity of Ford cars as long as they are 2018 model years or later, meaning whatever length license You'd buy isn't limited to, say, just Your one Lightning. We would also need a good Internet access at wherever we do this... I tend to use my FIOS hardline for really large updates as "time is valuable".

I had a 12-month license and I learned a LOT about my Mach E during those 12 months. Now, 2+ years later, I get the 2-day license every four - six months.

Doing Your 1st FDRS session together with my equipment (and gentle guidance) will let You know whether to invest in Your own family equipment... kind of like "rent the garage for a day" ;-) This is how I learned from a Mach E forum member back in 2022... he used his stuff and his experience and I watched and learned.

Check out the 1st post on this Mach E blog and let me know if / when this'd work for you. BTW - DM (direct message) is better from now on so we don't clutter up the general thread here with our business.

Again, read the 1st post in the thread below to get a very good orientation including how to get the FDRS license.
