Connecting to Ford Pass

I recently had to deal with the dead battery syndrome. Now I can't seem to totally connect to the pass app. I've turned on everything in the vehicle settings but still get notice in app to connect. Any ideas? Maybe it's not a bad thing.

I would delete the truck from the app and try again. For what it's worth, my app works and I still can't get vehicle location to work in the app.

Thanks, yea I was thinking of doing that. My location and tire pressure has always worked before the battery was replaced last week.

delete vehicule from system in setting then reactivate with phone. had same problem and worked for me
