I am about to relocate from Northern Virginia to Oak Ridge/Knoxville, TN and would love a recommendation from other forum members on who the best Ford EV certified service department is in the area. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! If you have any warnings on who to avoid, that is also appreciated!

Truth! I can say in the DC/MD/VA metro area that Apple Ford in Columbia, MD are rock stars. I've never worked with any other dealer regardless of brand like them. Not only do they pay their people well enough that I've had the same sales guy for over a decade, but all of the service, parts, and other staff never leave either. Family owned and operated. The service manager, Les is great and they have a massive service department at two locations. So if I can just find that... In the greater Knoxville area... Umm... Unicorn?

I live in Knoxville TN with a 2023 Lightning. I have had it just over a year now, but have only had to go in once for non-Lightning specific issues (needed a new starter battery). I went to Ted Russel Ford on Parkside drive. They treated me really well, but unsure how they can handle the EV specific tasks.
