I'm sure this was the first battery replacement they have done and it was time consuming. They weren't going to do anything more than they had too. That would have been nice though.
They did give me some pictures of the truck tore apart. The big one in the middle is what was replaced. I can't tell if the paperwork specifies which one it is.
Dealer said they got my battery module(s) in today. It’s not clear if it’s one or more. No ETA but they left hope it could be done by end of the week.
I dropped mine off on Tuesday, then on Wed they said it needed a new 12V battery because they couldn't keep the voltage up enough to do some recall updates. I've never had any issues with the 12V so personally I feel they ran it dead trying to do updates. Regardless I have to pay for a 12v...
I feel like the temperature settings can be a little confusing, at least on the large screen models. Just to make sure its not that, do you have it on "heat" and "driver focused"? You can turn it on there by touching the icon to the left of the passengers temp setting. If that doesn't help...
Mine started at 54% and is at 57% reduced power right now. Both motors show they have power and it drives fine, but without being able to charge I had to stop driving it when It hit 62%. Dealership is 40 miles away so I didn't want it to get too low. Good luck getting yours fixed!
I can't charge at all. Are you getting reduced power as well?
Also, I've seen some say Ford BEV paid for a lot of people to have a rental if it gets to that point for you.
Ahh gotcha. I'm still hopeful its just something minor but realistically I know its not. Too many instances of this happening. I did send Ford a message on here and they made note of it, but I don't have case number yet.
I seen the Shifter issues some were having, and played with mine a little. I don't think it's that since it wont charge. I had someone on here run the VIN and its throwing P0B24:21 "EV Battery "A" Voltage Unstable: Signal Amplitude Less Than Minimum"
I do have another charger but haven't...
