I think Ford is steadily losing there early adopters faith in the OTA process they are capable of producing. They need to correct this and quickly or customers will start looking somewhere else. Why would we pay for the subscription in the future. For more frustration?
I had the FCSP installed and used it for 1 1/2 years. When I bought a Tesla I replaced the FCSP with the Tesla universal charger. I haven’t ever regretted the change. At 48 amps it suits my needs well. It’s a nice solution for the different connections.
Mine went into the shop for this yesterday. The first update was a success with the second one a failure. They are waiting since yesterday for Ford Tech support to get back with them. I wish I'd have read this before taking it in. I wasn't having any problems just responded to the recall...
