Just seeing this - remember, no matter what you're powering off your truck, compared to actually driving it the usage will be miniscule.that’s awesome! how long did it last? was it a ER battery? what was your starting and ending percentage? i’m curious if I should plan to use mine for my daughter‘s birth party
If you found something that took the full 30 amps continuously the bed-based 240V plug can handle, you'd be pulling approximately 7 kW. So, 7% of your power each hour on a standard range, 5% on an ER. And those inflatables aren't pulling anywhere near that.
I run a full tailgate setup with lights, fans, TV, coffee pot, etc. over a couple hours before football games and don't even notice. The only time I worry at all about something plugged into my truck is if I'm going to be skirting it within a % or two of what I need to get home.
