Medallia survey - is that legit?

I am VERY careful about clicking on links in E-Mail that are even the slightest bit suspicious.

With that said, I received an E-Mail that is supposed to be from Ford (but it's not) asking my to complete a survey regarding my recent purchase of a Ford vehicle. The message was actually sent from medallia.com and the link is also to medallia.com. If it is legit, I am more than happy to answer the survey.

Is this legit?

They're legit, but IMO, don't do it if they aren't paying. All the ones I've completed have been worth $100-$150.

I had the same uncomfortable feeling you did once I started and began to questions about my interest in a credit card and something else I did feel was appropriate for a FORD survey.

My survey was terminated when I said no the card interest and told what state I was in. I then did a little research, which I should have done first, which showed they are a legit company, but I was not impressed with their approach.

I have done others that did not seem nearly as sketchy .

Yes, the survey terminated once I responded with lack of interest in additional credit services......
