As soon as it hits the day limit in your state, lemon law it! Thatās my recommendation. It gives you two options, 1) FORD will bump you to the front of the line to repair it, 2) You can get out of the vehicle all together.

UPDATE! We negotiated the 15000+ user fee (22000 miles) down to half 7500. Now waiting on turn it instructions and a check. Iāve included the offer sheet. Having a lawyer helps and FORD paid 1500 of the lawyer fees.
It is ridiculous, I countered with 5000 and I feel thatās generous considering they sold me a lemon, and Iāve been out of a vehicle for five months.
