Near as I can tell, it counted the distance from my previous trip with the energy from the current "trip", which was just moving the truck in the parking lot.
I have an 80A charger at work. So fair I can get away with charging probably every third day unless we go out for a drive.
Surprised they don't make you get a better charger, it's not that expensive for a business.
The lane keeping system is really easy to turn on. You just hit the lane keeping button on the steering wheel. If you don't have adaptive cruise control on, it's just departure warning with aid (depending on what setting you have), if you have the adaptive cruise on, it will do lane centering.

Depending on your dealer, you might not get anything from United Road. I was checking then twice a day (or more) pretty much every day after it shipped and never got anything. Might be another trucking company.
As far as I know, you can either autofold on lock or there is a button on the driver's side door. Not sure about any of the other ways but I didn't see them in the manual.
