Is that because you plugged it into itself?
Near as I can tell, it counted the distance from my previous trip with the energy from the current "trip", which was just moving the truck in the parking lot.

It should fix itself. I had my app do that for a charging session. It had me recorded to connect two charging stations. Took a day before it fixed itself.

For the app folks, I also had a problem with my activation. I somehow only ended up partially activated. I had to do a master reset to get full access to everything. I was able to remote start, lock, unlock, track, etc. but I was missing Alexa, live traffic, audio streaming. It all came to life after I did the master reset.

I've done some checking and since you have that phone notification - it has downloaded to your truck but there are problems with the trigger/install. Hoping it isn't a big one nor like the ICE 1.7.1 debacle. Hoping they get it triggered and updated soon.
I was thinking it would work after the reset they had me do to fix the connected services issue, alas it did not.

Everything else is working so not a big deal at this point. I’m also the guy who doesn’t update his phone software right away either…lol.

She‘s all clean and shiny and ready for our first day trip tomorrow!

So I found a MAJOR design flaw tonight.

I’ve been getting about 1.8-2.1mi/kWh on the highway so I decided to try some more local roads. These were of the twisty variety. Switchback, lefts and rights up and down the mountain. Not the most direct route but I was doing it in search of better efficiency.

So while averaging 1.8-2.1 mi/kWh on these back roads and pulling maybe 0.80g on my 18” AT tires first I realized there’s been an Audi A6 trying to keep up with me. Then it suddenly hit me….my right knee is sore.

Everytime I went left my knee would bang up against the console. Go right, off the console it goes only the gain momentum when I went back left..BAM right back into the console. It seems to me like a major oversight not to Include some knee pads with the purchase of the vehicle. I mean at least put some soft spongey padding there. I mean what am I supposed to do now? Slow down? Looks like I’m going to need to sell the truck

$33! What am I? Made out of money?!

As for option 2. Since when has being yellow been associated with manning up?

In all seriousness though. At one point I muttered..”this truck has no business handling like this”

The steering feel isn’t great. It still tilts like it’s off road. But man..this thing is balanced. The Pro at least. It felt more at home carving than it did at speed on the highway.

It comes with the tow tech package you should have ordered.

Why are you driving anyway. You have the self-driving option.

Some of 3.2 included the programming for weight sensors. All Pro's may not get it.
Ah probably only the tow tech vehicles…should’ve just ordered it.

I actually enjoy driving. The only time I miss the self driving stuff is when I’m done hours (10+) of boring highway stretches or sitting in bumper to bumper traffic.

Agreed on this, but overall it’s a very enjoyable ride. Had it on some bumpy, hilly, backroads yesterday and felt planted and responded to all input from the driver without issue. So much fun that one of the kids in the back nearly lost the ice cream we went to get….:ROFLMAO:

Finally picked up my truck. MSRP deal although I didn’t get price protection on the $100 D&D increase and they insisted they’re losing money on the sale🤥.
Bonus points if you can find my Slurpee surprise.
FINALLY! and Congrats to an all-allusive and UNIQUE: PRO in Iced Blue Silver, in the great state of TENNESSEE ... join the Club!

@Ford Senior Master speaking of your dealer/owner looking at installing a fast charger, or 8 or 10, I was in HUNTSVILLE AL(RocketCityUSA!) last week, at my son's, looking for a fast charger option - looks like the MERCEDES dealership just installed a Chargepoint unit within their dealership parking lot... which is a nice option since NOTHING in the Huntsville area(a huge and GROWING metro area) is available for fast charging, believe it or not.
I pulled in, found the charger, and attempted to park, although the placement was not ideal. I had to pull up to about 1" from the charger's 'post' in order for the cable to reach. I went inside to the restroom and was greeted kindly and asked if I wanted a water, drink, or even a snack...nice. The manager also stopped by and we chatted about the truck and range and the charging infrastructure holdup across the county, as Mercedes also has their own EVs. He stated that they probably paid over $100,000 in total unit and install costs for this brand new charger.
I told him your idea about every Ford dealer across the country installing a fast charger - he agreed that dealerships really SHOULD be the focus point for fast chargers, in towns and cities, and let the other 'guys' worry about the interstate exits.l
